I can't see banner poses/animations since the update

i thought it was a season update bug but as far as i can see it's not a thing. so anyone else experiencing it/fix

some characters take a long time to load, the sound often disappears and appears. In general, it is impossible to play

My sound is ♥♥♥♥♥♥, my game images are ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and even my weapons are invisible sometime LMFAO. I was having no problems last season but soon after update it became like this, try to fix the game, didn't work. sadge

so season update is messy as hell as always just nobody opened a topic cuz it's a tradition anyways.
