I got ban for no reason

As many of us known, cn mainland players need to use a vpn to play the ♥♥♥♥ game, i was trying to log in but i was stuck in the page of ea asking me to sign up or login, i tried change knots, 40 mins later i was told i got banned

Why would anti cheat exist if you're banning normal player's accounts ? Banning without saying what i did? I did nothing more than trying to connect to apex server, i can not login well so i change the vpn to try some more times (pls tell me you know China mainland players have to use VPN to connect) it was 7 o'clock that i started trying, 40 mins before i know i was banned, so this ban must be a just - decided one.
the json document showed me i succeed my logging every time but i was just stuck in the page with Enter and 2 Apexs , asking me to login or sign up
i changed my knots of connection without killing apex , if this is considered as attacking your server, i don't know what to say, is your server made of potatoes? Learn from PUBG's anti cheating, ♥♥♥♥ server owners

i played for 730hrs , i was not so good at it, but i did gain lot of fun in it , plus if there is someone who cheated , why would he spend money on his cheating account?
Why did not you guys focus on players getting kicked outta game? cuz i had that experience the last week, when i was not banned
And why won't you hire the hacker 2009 to help you fix your million tons of bugs?

Trust me, this situation of mine is not a single one among CN players, i ve seen so many cases like mine on social medias, i didn't buy until i had a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ TASTE OF IT
♥♥♥♥ investigation team man, i would love to transfer CN players' comments for you if you can read it
Send some real man to recheck the case, i want a clear explanation
