Account rolled back and got banned

Around the 1st I hopped on to see that my account lost some lvls and my s19 and s20 battle pass were completely reset. I didn't know what was happening so I instantly logged off and waited and hoped it was just some sort of bug. Tried hopping on today and my account was banned??? Tried messaging ea but they won't give me a proper reason on why. Anybody experiencing the same thing??

They will never ban you without sending you an E-Mail with the exact reason to why you were banned. Everyone that claims to be banned for no reason without getting an E-Mail is just lying and proably got caught cheating LMAO!

Glad I only lost progression/cosmetic but still losing all progression/cosmetic is also bad
