Lost game account progress

I was in the game for 1 hour before losing my progress from level 250 to level 138. When I started the game an hour later, a screen about cross-platform appeared and my game froze. My Battlepass, levels, gifts and a bunch of stuff are completely gone. The things I had in my account are completely back to 5-6 months ago.
Everything I earn and purchase from events is included.
I've never even played the game on another platform before, my game has almost gone back to the past. I don't understand where all my progress is going?

I contacted them and they said they are trying to find out what happened and how to fix it. The game is dead for sure after this one.

Same here. I play only on PC and i receive in this Breakout Saison the Legend Rampart and i was close to get the Legend Fuse. Now its all gone. WTF is this for a buggy system?

Same issue for me I logged in and the cross progression screen popped up and i lost an heirloom, all my progress from the past few months and all progress on the battlepass along with like 60 levels
