Stuck on "party preprocessing"

I'm stuck in the lobby because of a message saying, 'Party member preprocessing'. My internet was working fine, I'm not in a party though im queueing solo. I tried every server, did the go-back-to-main-menu, restarted the game multiple times, redownloaded the game too.

Nothing works, please help

click on the term "friends" at the bottom, choose a friend that allows you to join as friends and click "join", after that there should be an error "unable to join party", which allows you to search for a match after, but when you join, wait for this error inside the list of friends
