crashing at the loading screen and sometimes crashes my pc also?

to start with i have a 4090 and a i9 in my pc

is anyone else having this problem?
i have verified the game files and even re installed the game
& uninstalled and re installed the anti cheat but nothing works
please help me

it was working fine before the update other games work fine too...

got the same specs and its doing the same to me. no clue whats causing it and never had an issue with this game prior

Same specs, same issue... Sometimes happening at the loading screen after opening cutscene, sometimes after i click continue. Sometimes it just froze and crash to desktop at the startup... The game got serious problems that needs fixing.

same here on a 4080. it usually shuts down apex but last time it reset my pc!

it did that to mine as well and i still have yet to find a fix or anything

I have a brand new pc with a 4090, 64gb of ram, an i9 14900kf, all the fixings. it is not a hardware issue by any means. It is for sure an apex issue that I am very upset about. I do not know how to fix and I have tried every single update, uninstall, reinstall, and then some.

Same issue here, reinstalled both anti cheat and game same happens, I did manage to get a game in by repairing anti cheat from within the apex steamapps folder but didn't last long... Never had this issue until I updated my hardware from i9 10900k/3080ti to i9 14900k and a 4080 SUPER. Cmon Respawn fix yo game

One thing that did seem to work, which may be worth trying, launch the game then click out so it launches minimised, wait a little while to get through cutscenes etc, then open it, seemed to work for me!

Just built my new 4070 Ti Super with a i9 14900k. Cant seem to get past the loading screen all my other games run great! :)

Not sure if it helps but going through windows updates, i found an update that failed and multiple security updates that all happened on the 15th. I removed the failed updates and ran a system file check and so far it has fixed the crashing issue with apex, for me at least.
