Profile already signed in on another device

It keeps giving me the prompt on pc even though, I have shutdown apex on console, logged, out of my profile and turned of the console. And yet it keeps telling me that someone has already logged in from another device. Does anyone have any solutions for this?

- I have already unlinked and relinked my EA account.
- It worked before i loaded up apex on console.
- This problem only shows on PC / Steam.
