High Ping problems?!?!?!

Every evinig i have high pings but when i do ping test its ♥♥♥ 26 ms .... its only in apex ~200ms


btw when i am on start screen, at this point where u can choose server. apex tell me on every server 40ms. if login on apex and press esc 200ms .....

the same, including PL(thats the main problem 200ms + somteoms 0 pl sometimes arouind 50 pl)..... if u ahve 50 pl and 200 ms u can go afk game is defintly rip and lose 60 points for free
if i check ressource monitor only apex hgave 200 ms i can open firefox or other stuff its 26 or around 50 but.
its only in the evening..... i have tryed wiht wlan off and close every ♥♥♥♥ program i have nothing used in task manager that use inet but 200ms. AND yeah i know server are ♥♥♥♥ but WHY ..... this game have only 100-150k player
