Center Dot for Motion Sickness?

Hi, I am trying to find a way to put a center dot in Apex for motion sickness but it doesn't have the option. I've looked around online but no luck. I did find some old discussions about it but everyone focused on how it would be cheating and an advantage for players so I'm trying to be careful. Tbh I don't see how it would be an advantage (especially if they added it in the games Accessibility options so everyone could have it) but then again I'm a bottom tier player so shrug.

Is there a way to add one with some other app in a way that won't get my account banned?

yeah, that's been the general theme I've found too. Ty for the advice. I can only hope Respawn adds it in QoL update :c
