4:3 aspect ratio Help

I am a one eyed user and prefer 4:3 as it compensates for my left right vision.

I have got apex into 4:3 however there are black lines on the bottom and top of the game, limiting the view area, so that the game does not cover the entire vertical hight of my monitor.

Note: the back bars on left and right do not bother me.

Nvdia Control panel:
Custom Rez set to: 1440 x 1080
Scaling: Full screen
Scale on: Display
Overide the scaling set by apps: Enabled

Desktop rez:
Set to 1440 x 1080
