I can't sign in.
After updating to windows 11, I was suddenly asked to sign in at the title screen, and when I pressed the

"You need an EA account to play Apex Legends. Please click here
to sign in or create an account. When I clicked on the Sign in"

button, the steam browser started up and the following URL was displayed.
"data:text/html,%3Cbody%3E%3C%2Fbody%3E"

What I have tried is deleting the STEAM cache, etc., using the beta version of STEAM, and using Google's DNS. All did not work.

It did it to me as well. I logged out of steam and restarted my computer and it seems to be fine for me again.
