Apex coin bug

I bought 150 dollars worth of coins for packs but when i click authorize it closes and i dont get the coins even though i have the money in my steam wallet

There is a bug on steam that is not showing you if you purchased coins unless you will go straight to EA app and launch apex from there, when you login it will show you your purchase went through or not.

you cannot solve it, i wrote the steam support they just said, there is "unusual activity" on my account and they wont let me buy something with my steam wallet (funfact: i havent bought anything on steam in the last 2 month, so the "unusual activity is basically my trying to buy apex coins but bc thats not working steam see this as a reason to prevent me buying something)

Actually, the same for me. Got the message from the steam support, that I have "unusual activity" and I have to wait until it unlocks, no time limits were provided for how long, of course.
