Account Got Banned

Used to play apex on my PS4 account back when the game first launched now i go and download it on steam to find out that my EA account was hacked into and my account is banned is there any way to get this ban undone or maybe unlink the account so i can make a new one and try and play.

I actually already seen that thread but the Origins App is now merged with the EA app so i dont know where those settings would be on the EA app

Shoot I forgot origin was done away with. If I get the chance I’ll do some poking around myself in hopes of finding a trace of that old method.

Crazy how none of my other accounts have ever been hacked steam, battlestate, epic games, Xbox gamepass, battle.net, none of those have ever been hacking into but yeah def cuz i put my personal info into some random website

I also had this problem after a 2 year break, came back to find my account was banned, went through the appeal process just to be told by EA that my account isn't banned, yet when I start the game up it still says I am, and they basically just said "oh well that's a shame" and refused to try and find a solution for me.

as their system is rubbish, if you are doing something on your PC that involves leaving it open, for example, visual studio, they will think it is a cheat, anything that involves using the PC at the same time as running script/code and open play will get you banned.

Or also using cheats in other games with an open Steam account (I've seen these cases).

There are many ways to get banned, it's easier to simply have an alternative account to do the things you want and with the game open.

I really wish that was the case but like i said i havent played apex since i was on console so its just the fact that someone hacked into my account linked it to a different steam account or EA account and ran some hacks and got banned
