Apex gets stuck on the loading screen

When I launch Apex from steam it gets stuck on the loading screen, I think this may be a problem with my EA account as I also have an issue with the account on F1 22, Can someone help me?, I have never had issues before, so this is really strange

I haven't entirely fixed it, I downloaded Apex from the EA app and it works fine, but the problem remains with F1 (I can't download it from EA as I have to purchase it again) and Apex (From steam), so, no, the problem is still there

I had an infinite loading on the home screen. Even the menu did not let me in and did not allow me to select a server.
Solution that helped me.
First, open the search engine Win + r
Then we write in the SEARCH ENGINE "regedit"
Then we go or write in the search engine: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL
Next, you need to create a DWORD (32-bit) value in the registry called "ManualCredValidation"
Set it to 1
