super laggy in menu

so the game is still super laggy in meny on startup of the game.. takes around 1-2 minutes before the game is not laggy at all and no its not my computer i have high end cpu and gpu with only m2 ssds. something is wrong with the game somehow nothing fixes this ♥♥♥♥♥ for me
