Recommended settings for aim assist?

What are the settings that you would personally recommend for aim assist? Is there even a "best settings?" If not, whats good to set things to if you are moderatly experienced in the game?

The Aim Assist is completely disabled when you do not move your character or camera (crosshair)" The "Analog Stick Drift" makes your camera always move and makes the AA always active.

Activate the "advanced look controls"
Focus on setting the response curve (it's like acceleration) set to 10 or less and the Deadzone must be 5 or less
The sensitivity can be set as you like, I use 280-220
Or in the simple configurations use what everyone uses because it is broken "4-3 linear" dead zone 0 or small depends on your controller.
