Crash or error or something like it

i keep getting error crash in the middle of game,
error like Unknown file version (paks\Win64\root_lgnd_skins.starpak), or something similar like it.
I already verify the game multiple time, and reinstall the game, then similar error still happen.
Do you guys get same error like me, or its just me?
How do i repair the error? did you guys know how to repair it?

So most ppl who are experiencing this crash(s) "or types" are ppl who once had an AMD GPUs & now have a NVIDIA GPU & vice versa. The most common way to solve this problem is to download a DDU aka "Display Driver Uninstaller" & use it for both. Then reinstall your current GPU driver & verify game file integrity. If this problem is still on going IDK, Apex has been known to not like older cards but this is more on the AMD side of things like the R9 390 & below.

i hAVE the same exact problem its the damn game has nothing to do with peoples gpus

nah it's the apex. tried everything. seems like some people experienced it. my question is that are you guys having this "you're not permitted to play online" when you try to change server in the main menu? this seems like out of topic but just in case.

so far I'm not having that problem, but maybe one day i might get the prob, its apex after all.

im not yet playing apex right now, got to doing some work. hope apex fixing the crash soon.

emm its ok man , sorry if i dont explain it well, we all try to find solution for the problem, hope we can play the game soon, at the meantime i still having the crash problem, i already uninstall steam and apex, and right now, i install apex for second time, wish me luck.
