SERVER LAG? getting RANDOM LAG all time ~~

since update me and my friend getting this worst lag.
we using singapore ,also gce 1 n 2 ,server.

especially on first match(every first match when you start launch r5apex.exe!)
idk why... first match is the WORST
LAGGING SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!


im getting motion sickness from this laggin
sometimes my character walk/run delaying~
looting also delaying~ the item keep getting delaying to pick up~ cuz the server lag

just worst match ever with this lag


usually we try to restart apex many times
sometime fix...
sometimes getting worst...


idk what happen with apex
but i hope they fix it

today we play many match
lag still happen.
the worst one .... game(server) freeze but you still hear background sound

happen when me and my teammate about exposed by the ring... also another squad. i tried jump using vantage jet~ and when about landing... game freeze/i mean server lag freeze, still can hear the background sound/music. suddenly game back normal and 2 enemies already in front of me. one of my teammate got knock, next they chase me, knock me and last mate. yep my squad rip after that

yes.. i change to hongkong
the lag little bit gone
since update.. server gone wrong

I am also getting lag, I used to get 80-90 ping in singapore 1 but now I get 234 ms.

yep... high ping.
one thing i dont like...
i always getting this lag on first match(every first match,when you start launch apex)...
feel like the world map still rendered...
and make it soo lag. sometimes it freeze

i remember using gt 1030... dont have this prob.
now im using rx 6500...

just had a game where it was impossible to play, move or anything, after a full restart of my pc and the game multiple times, i decide to leave no point in waiting to die by ring in 10 mins. left with a abandonment penalty for 10 mins -.-

Fix servers, it wasn't just me having the issue either each time i was entertain others were in out and what not too.

fix you servers EA

probably try other server...
little bit higher ms, but dont mind the higher ms.. just try and test them~

for example
im using singapore 24ms(laggin hell)

but run almost normal~ hiccup sometimes

Yea I agree with all of you since the update for season 16, I haven't been able to play a single game with out freezing from the lag and I bought all the event items I can't even use them because of this. But when I go on my PS5 and boot up apex it will be just fine with lag and have no problems at all. I don't know if it's just my PC or if it's the games fault.

yeah it suck
cant play normaly
that delaying lag move forward backward is makin me dizzy
looting, picking up item with delaying lag is worst

i think the server is the culprit
my teammate got server error twice, kicked out from game.. need restart apex usually.. relaunch apex.

I've restarted the game and the router and even went as far as look through task manager to look for something that is making my internet worse but I can't find anything. But I did just see something about the server might be getting overloaded with people since if you go to steam charts for apex you'll see there is abt 500-600,000 people abt this time of day so I can't tell what to do. And I'm done waiting since it's been 4 days now without being able to play a game that I spent $160 on.

having the same issue, i reinstalled windows and it didn't help so i hope yall figure out whats causing it. i've been having issues since late season 15 and have tried everything. the new update just made the lag worse and now it's completely unplayable

So I fixed it for me! I had to buy a new WiFi adapter since mine was overheating so if you have Ethernet then idk what to do for you.
