500-600 ping every 2 days

Yo so genuine concern, when I play apex I normally get 50ms to 80ms on these servers, but I have just grown used to that because thats how apex is, but recently a actual issue has arrived; every 2-3 days I will be unable to play as every 1--20 seconds my ping will skyrocket to 600 and stay there for minutes and before you ask or wonder about regular troubleshooting or whatever trust me when I say I have finally boiled it down to a apex issue, my internet is good, I am the only user, I have 1 router and its just for me, no other devices use it, I can even watch a 4k youtube video while playing at 60ms in a ranked game of apex all normal, the point in saying all of that is I have troubleshooted this issue the past 2 weeks and it only occurs every 2 days sometimes 3, If it happens I am literally unable to play apex that day, today is one of those days, luckily my solution is to hop on overwatch or a fun game I have not played in a while and it works amazing, I just wish I could play apex whenever I wanted instead of being told when I can play by respawn, thanks for reading maybe others have similar issue (again I have troubleshooted all possible scenarios, disabled vsync, made everything even low minecraft tier gfx, my pc is worth more than a nissan versa, i am not a idiot and other games working perfectly should be a sign that this is not a issue solved on the player side). Hope this message makes others feel less alone in their ms issues!

I pay for fiber, I think the best way you can understand me is if I say this again: I run apex, constant ping issue every 5 min, I run overwatch, fortnite, call of duty mw2 ALL NO ISSUES. (20 ms or lower on all these games, valorant like 6), apex just needs to fix their NA servers, I hate switching to ♥♥♥ to force myself on 200 ping just so I can play a little because 600 is unplayable man, but for example today? Apex works great 50ms, but man I hate this coin flip I do that enough in masters
