How to fix Apex CRASH/freeze !!!

in my case it help me less crash/freeze
For example, from about 5-7 times match on trios mode , im only get 1 freeze/crash. arenas mode also work for me.
it might work also might not work for you~.
(apex might need patch for sure)

(STEP 1)
Go to your apex legend saved games folder :
C:\Users\(your PC username)\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex

now you can see 3 folder named assets, local, and profile.

*if you dont need them back, you can just delete them.
im suggest to back up " assets local and profile" folder in case you may need it on future...

right click > make "new folder"
now cut/move that 3 folder(assets, local, and profile) into that "new folder"...

whoaalaa~~ hope it fixed the game crash😎

(STEP2)
some people comment dat it doesnt work, so im addding other inst :

From your steam library > right click on Apex Legends > Properties... > LOCAL FILES > click Browse...
now apex installation folder show up , and then right click on "r5apex.exe" > click Properties.
click on Compatibility tab >

click check (v) on "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" i choose "windows 8"
click check (v) on "Disable fullscreen optimazations
click check (v) on "Run this program as an administrator

and then click apply and click ok


# in my case im using windows 10 , so it might work ,it might not work for those who use windows 7,8, or 11. maybe you can try compatibility depends on your windows, if you use wins7 choose windows 7, 8 as 8, etc #


also (it doesnt effect but... )
in my case im using amd gpu...
dont forget to run your amd adrenaline "RadeonSoftware.exe" as administrator


(STEP3)
you can try "Verify Integrity of Game Files" apex legends

i suggest to back up before delete > thats why make "new folder" move that assets local profile to that "new folder"~

iyah maksudnya klo ga mau di delete langsung kan bisa di back up dulu...
buat new folder pindahin 3 folder tadi ke "new folder"~ buat di back up

I tried this and the problem still persists. i also tried turning off G-sync, update to latest drivers, verify game files and still nothing. I think it really is a problem from the recent update with no viable workaround until they patch it.
