Random Game Freeze

unplayable, my game freezes about 2-5 times in a match.

latest update made the game crashing on linux 10 secs into every game,
BUT adding -eac_launcher_settings SettingsDX12.json to launch options fixed it for me

Don´t work, only gives you a lower chance to crash. If you really want to play i recommend using it anyway

I have the same issue, and before that, that stuttering after the loba heirloom update.

I have read this EA forum post, and basically they're collecting data from the crash to narrow down patter what may cause the problem

So my only hope is that eventually they'll come with a patch. Anyway this sucks. Hope it helped.

Imagine, last 2 squads then game decides to freeze

-eac_launcher_settings SettingsDX12.json in launch options. Prior to this, it was freezing every 5 minutes. With that in launch options, no freezes for me for 2 days now.

this always happen after new season update, you will have to wait about a week or more for the dev to fix it

Game also fine here..
Only 2 times it has crashed was when I plugged in my wireless headset...Respawn has already adressed that bug so they'll fix it.
What all the other crashes causes will eventually b fixed...There are a lot of different computer setups worldwide so it's never easy to make them all work fine.

Game froze 3 times within 40 minutes. Just for comparison, Elden ring runs well on max settings.
