How can I get special trackers for Loba?
The trackers with the background and avatar inside. For Horizon, they were just there and I bought them, 60 crafting metals for each of the 3, but I don't see any for Loba. Any way I can get them? Thanks.

Some were events, so you can't get them anymore unless they come back.

How come I have the Horizon ones then? I don't recall there being any kind of an event and I only recently returned to the game. I played for like 30 hours around launch day, Horizon wasn't even a thing back then. So, I can forget about these Loba trackers with backgrounds and her avatar across all 3 trackers unless they add another one of those events?

Can't tell you about horizon.
For Loba you have to wait until they make a new one of an old event comes back. The yearly halloween event has one for example.
