Ofc Battery (you need 5 cell for red armor or 1 batt for full shield). I dont even mention time you need to start 5 cells compared to 1 batt. Cells are fine with golden armor 1 cell = 50 armor

Cells are fast regen when you get hit 25-50 dmg its waste of batt to use it. You should have some cells always for low shield regen

cells are faster and are better for mid fight under cover. Bats take longer so are best used when not under pressure

it’s a fairly innocuous question and I don’t understand where you found the implication that OP was going to play professionally in this post?

I carry at least 4 batteries in a game. 3 is the lowest I will go, and even then that's just a slot and a half. Def carry as many bats as u can

I honestly always pick gold armor whenever I can. My teammates can get my bats and kits for their red/purple shields, I'll take quick and easy heals mid-combat over 25 max HP any day.

Of course you can use batteries to refill even at white shields if nothing else is available, but I feel it's a bit of a waste to use bats until you hit blue/purple.

I am kinda the opposite. If not in a fight I would use cells over bats as I value bats way more. Cells only really make sense mid-fight on drops when every one is in white/blue.

i drop syringes alltogether usually since its never worth it to heal health and every squad has like 6 medkits on em

I usually carry 12 cells and 2 to 4 bats if possible
