high fps but not smooth

Hi, my fps are locked on 190 i running without drops. But if in some location I move with my mouse right and left, its not feel smooth, so its harder to aim. It is just bad optimalization or can be something else?

my pc:
gpu 3070 Ti
cpu intel i9-12900K
ram 32 gb

It's the game optimization, there are some parts of map where the game just doesn't feel smooth and feels more like sluggish/choppy and I'm most certain this is your issue as well.

I thought I was the only one. Played Olympus today since I've been on ranked for about two weeks. Anyway, I was getting inconsistent fps (30-50) and this didn't happen before because I would always get 75 fps a month ago on Olympus. Lowered most of my settings and it's still around 50 fps .

the game is bugged is some places yes, but anyways the game is locked already on 190 FPS like even if ur Pc can run it over 190 fps
u still seeing only 190 FPS

I was getting frame stuttering on AMD GPU/CPU and set my frame rate target control to enabled, and set my max fps to 144 Mhz, the same as my main monitor. You can also try DDU the drivers and complete reinstall of GPU drivers.
It runs pretty smooth for the most part.

Got to nivida control panel/desktop size and positions and set it to fullscreen there too.

Also.

Go to the apex folder:

X:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Apex Legends

r5apex.exe right click on it and properties/compatibility and deactivate fullscreen optimization.

Nice that you could fix, improve it.

The fullscreen optimization of Windows is pretty bad because it's not made for most games today.

Fullscreen is the best setting in terms of low latency and often performance too. Not all the time but every advanced user would tell you the same there.
