Stuck at 10% Installing?

Are there more people having this Issue. I tried exiting steam, en restarted the update like 10 times now. But everytime its stuck at 10% Installing the game??

is it going through that patching the entire game phase then installing? if so just uninstall the game and reinstall it, its faster.

thats what i did i had the same problem i just uninstall and reinstall its indeed a lot faster

i have the same issue except its happening when im trying to install the new update is there any other fix besides just reinstalling?

Steam re-installs the full game with the new patch (73gb), then reclaims back the duplicate files whilst installing. Even though the update is only 15gb, 73gb free space is required. This is why you get stuck at 10%.

Solutions are to uninstall then re-install fresh, make sure you have the full 73gb free storage before updating or buy yourself more storage.

Hope this helps and please don't shout back at the messenger, Steam chooses to patch/update this way not me.

Well what worked for me is Pausing the Instal proces. And then it went from 10% to 86% in no time. And before I knew it was done
