Choke/Loss

Since Thursday I've been getting 30-40 choke and the game is unplayable, and
after the match I can't leave to lobby..

Nothing on my pc or internet has changed so I'm confused why I am getting this choke every game now..

Any ideas / advise?

what do you mean by choke? choke as in weapon spray? choke as in choke me daddy?

Settings - in game settings - performance display
Shows fps / ping / choke and packet loss

Choke is when your router is struggling and bandwidth throttling happens .. causes rubber band effect and increased ping and decreased fps.

Apex servers have issues from time to time locally in certain regions, might just be your unlucky day. Had similar issues for 2 days in my region a couple months ago. you can look it up online at downdetector.com

I have been doing that but it doesn't always work.. maybe one game out of 5 will be playable

then dont play if the servers not good in your area, you cant force a good server on EA thats impossible
