Weird FPS Issues with a 3060Ti?
I have a MSI RTX 3060Ti GAMING X, an i9-9900k clocked at 4.2GHz, 32GB RAM (Same Brand) at 3200MHz, EVGA 650W Power Supply, and I'm getting 120 FPS on the menus. THE MENUS. Please, tell me someone has a fix for this, I don't understand what the hell is wrong with the game or if it's something wrong with one of my pc parts.

Edit: Prolly shoulda mentioned my ingame fps, its around 100-120 on both low and high settings which doesn't even make any sense in my eyes. A 3060Ti should be averaging around 170 FPS ingame.
Also wanna mention that whenever I get frames in between 60 and 144, there is a very noticable increase in input lag. Why, I don't freakin know. This is the only game that this happens in.

It's a computer case bottleneck most likely. you'll need more RGB to fix this issue unfortunately.

I think in the options menu in game turn on the nvidia reflex to help with input lag. That might help.

Enabled + Boost already on

My GPU is either at like 60% or 97%, certain areas take a metric shtton more resources than others. This issue is also much more apparent on Worlds Edge, with areas like Fragment and Harvester for example. Other areas like Skyhook (which surprised me) and Lava Siphon run just fine at 144+FPS with like 80% usage.

Just for the heck of it, try this. Go into your game launch options (via steam) and put this in the launch options space. +fps_max 144

Make sure in game vsync is off and Nvidia reflex is set to on but without + Boost. Just to enabled. Also be sure that adaptive resolution is not being used.

As far as everything else goes, I run mine at mostly medium settings, despite being able to go max. I keep a solid 144fps.

Anyways, see if adding +fps_max 144 in the launch options, changes anything for you. If it doesn't, remove it.

I've tried this, and multiple other combinations of +fps_max changes and completely disabling max fps in general. No luck.

Thats weird... Something is creating a conflict or hogging resources. You should definitely be getting 144fps stable. Sorry wish I could provide more help.

I'll have to figure it out. But I run task manager when I run the game and I don't see anything that could be eating resources. 3060ti's drivers should be up to date for basically every popular FPS that's alive rn (Warzone, Apex, those kinda games)

You didnt say what res you are running at... These know it alls have been giving advice without any idea of if youre running at 4k or 1080 / 1440 etc...

That alone should tell you, these forum users are clueless, and not a good place to ask for advice.

Aside from that I would go with a 800w psu minimum, if using any oc'ed components. 650w seems low even if "technically" your power draw is lower. A nice gap can eliminate power draw problems.

Your gpu might be fake, a reprogrammed trash electronic circuit.
Download gpu-z to check
