Strange Lag/Stutter on mouse specific to Apex

I am coming here looking for help for a bug. When I attempt to play a game my mouse is stuttering, shaking and skipping. I can move my mouse all the way across my mousepad and nothing will happen, yet sometimes it will return to my regular sense and go up again. I am not actually lagging in frames, I have a constant 120 and I have my framerate locked below my refresh rate. I have tried Left for Dead 2 and Titanfall 2 and this never happened. It is not a latency problem either, although it feels like choke, my choke is at 0 and my ping is locked at 80ms. I feel as though somebody must've had this problem and I hope they find this because I am at my wit's end. Any suggestions or ideas are greatly appreciated.

I think I have the same symptoms.
It's normal when I play Overwatch, but my mouse doesn't work properly when I play Apex.

having the same issue and im using controller...it has something to do with steam...a bunch of people are reporting the same issue on reddit meanwhile.....console players are having no issues

The way I fixed this was reinstalling windows, might work to reinstall your steam. I can tell you though that I ended up reinstalling everything to fix this, hell of a hassle.

I have to play with my super pro wireless plugged in. Otherwise I get mad stuttering.

I am on Nvidia Gefroce Palit 4080 16 GB with I9900K overcklocked to @5.0 GHz and 32 GB of RAM Corsair Dark Vengeance 32 GB (2x16) 4000 MHz and i was constantly dealing with stuttering from time to time. I was trying to deal with mouse polling rate etc. and nothing was resolving my problem. You can even go to Apex Legends Trello board and You will see still occuring problem with 165 Hz that is not resolved. What helped me? I switch my game to DirectX 12 and everything gone. Just add this on Your start up options on steam.
" -eac_launcher_settings SettingsDX12.json " ( copy without quotes) and Launch game. Now game will be running in DirectX 12. In my case everything gone. Smooth gameplay with no stuttering. Sorry for my English.
