Mate! Didn't you know you are NOT allowed to criticize controller players!
You have such a huge advantage with using your whole arm to aim didn't you know?!

aim assist* not aim bot, the controller doesn't aim for you

The controller does aim for you as long as you have the right stick directed to any way. Even the tiniest movement in it activates it.

as a former console player (well i still have consoles, just dont touch them...) aim assist via controller is just as bad as playing players with aim hacks

cross play has helped ruin this game, and giving controller settings on pc is just a joke, might as well let aim cheats be legal and nullified by the anticheat system

yes, by what you mean is there is a nudge that drives where you look but even at max aim strength, there's a lot of free will

you mouse users have greater control because of the freedoms that go with, you can easily outskill if the opponent is someone who isn't much good and depends on aim assist too much

Your average mouse user can't do 180 and quick scope on head. On controller it's possible since the AA and the slowing effect when enemy comes at your screen.

The "mouse control freedom" is just some bs thing controller players come up to justify their incompetence.
If you want control freedom them buy one of the joysticks and play with it since you would be using your whole arm.

Controller players shouldn't be a thing on PC.

You have such a huge advantage with using your whole arm to aim didn't you know?!

While you are sitting on steam and using argument such as "You use your whole arm to aim" -- no we don't, not everyone uses their whole arm, it's entirely dependent of ones DPI / Sensitivity that they found most comfortable-- so I'll now argue against you, you use your thumb to aim while being assisted on your aim with the build in "Hardware" to help you with your aiming, how is that fair? (sarcasm aside)-- time to educate you

someone who has 400 dpi and 0.7 sensitivity in game may indeed use arm aim.
someone who has 800 dpi and 0.7 sensitivity in game may indeed use arm and/or wrist aim.
someone who has 1600 dpi and 0.7 sensitivity in game may indeed use wrist aim.

This is all independent to each and every player that plays the game, so no, not everyone uses "whole arm to aim" -- this aim assist vc controller stuff needs to stop, but I don't see it ever happening because that's how much you really care about that, if you didn't really care at all, this discussion and thousands other talks about controller aim assist wouldn't happen, should controller aim assist need to be modified a little bit to make it more fair game? Yes, it should be, controllers shouldn't have 2 different values because y'all play on Console or PC, both should be equal for the fair game on everyone, majority of times, console player will win all fights in 1vs1 close range fights, where controller really struggles is medium / long distance fights where M/K trumps it, now... Grow up, none really cares what platform you play on, you do you love.

I wrist aim and have done so for over a decade, so i never understood the "use your whole arm" as i never have.

Controller players are beatable but if you're worried about it, stick to mid-long range. You will almost never beat a good controller player up close, you cannot outstrafe their shots and crouch spamming can actually lead to more headshots for you. In arenas once i die to a controller player i never push again, and try to utilize long range / mobility to avoid a up close engagement, as its your only hope.

I don't play on controller or console but when i've played on my xbox once in a grand blue moon it's crazy how easy it is to hit random wingman shots and other silly ♥♥♥♥ that i struggle to hipfire hit on PC. Anyone who thinks it doesn't help at least hip fire aim is high, delusional, or both.

Bruh you are actually delusional
Controllers aim assist isn't even strong honestly. Anyone who says that controller players basically have aim bot are retarded.
