I keep getting an engine error which says "DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG" on this account since 2 days ago. It happens only when I am in game/lobby. I tried to look for help online and it says it could be my graphic card out of date. The thing is when I played on my alt accounts everything is just as fine as before. It looks like its an account-specific issue. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Same solution as what I got from beforer. But how come it only happens to my main account but not my other accounts?? It doesn’t make sense to have a gpu issue on one account but not the other accounts.

is your gpu overclocked? or has it been? because while i did o.c testing my gpu. i get this msg when it was too high, i reverted it back to normal i never see it. so your gpu is unstable

Absolutely do not use the device manager to install or uninstall graphics drivers - ever! This is awful advice, graphics drivers are extremely complex and have specialized uninstallers and installers for a reason. Doing this WILL break stuff.
