Im not hacking, banned for no reason?
I didn't play it for a long time and when i came back boom boom bruh client banned

Unfortunately no one on the Steam discussion forums can directly help you with this. Please read this official EA link, and open a support case with EA directly to appeal the ban, and hopefully they lift it for you: https://help.ea.com/en-au/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

How to get Unbanned in Origins/Apex

For banned users you need evidence of your account being hacked, follow these steps.
1. Open Origin click origin top left
2. EA help & billing
3. Your EA data
4. Request a download ( once file is ready download it), this could take an hour or so.
5. Open the downloaded .json file with notepad
6. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and find all your login information , there you will see if there were failed and successful attempts etc

Use the above information when opening a support ticket with EA as proof.

Hopefully this information would prevent future 'banned for no reason' threads as users can now read this and use it to create a case with EA and not try to get help/abuse in the forums.

same. I haven't played since July though. I took a break after S8's bs. I was about to start playing again but got an email at 4 am saying i was permabanned lol. on the forums it looks like there's a lot of people this is happening too within the past week.

edit: I downloaded my EA data and it showed tons of failed and successful logins from cities worldwide. It was crazy lol. now im curious how they're doing what they do. I hope some screenshots will help get my account back.

edit again: i got my account back in 24 hours providing them screenshots of my EA data

same I played like 2 matches at the start of the season and now I'm banned apparently after like a month of not playing

Support told me to reset my password and I did and ban is gone. Try it too.

Having the same problem. Have reached out to EA via their help page, lets see what comes of it. Its a strange thing when even their ban history page doesn't show any active bans to appeal.
