Strange lag when moving mouse

Hi!

I have a really strange problem on my Apex Legends: sometimes I feel mouse movement very laggy, something like stutters, but not constantly, it happens random during every match.

This is my config:
16 GB DDR4 RAM 3200MHz
RTX 3070 AORUS
RYZEN 5 5600X
SSD M2 1TB
DELL S2417DG G-Sync 144/165Hz

I've capped my FPS below 144 FPS and I have G-Sync and V-Sync on in NCP. Every other combination of settings give me problem like input lag or tearing. This one give me this strange behaviour of "lag" in movement.

What can I do to resolve?

I've tried 500hz and 250hz polling rate but I've not resolved... I have a G Pro X Wireless
