Apex wont let me log me in. Please Help Anyone!
So I have been trying to log into apex for a week now. It loads and brings me to the main screen but tells me I need an EA account to play. I click the register button and it tells me I need to change my EA password. So I change my password, re open apex and it tells me the same thing. I have steam (which I play apex with) and have origin downloaded with my EA account logged in. I have contacted steam support and they didn't help whatsoever. I also contacted EA support and nothing they had me do fixed the issue. I uninstalled both origin and steam and re downloaded both and nothing changes. Please if this has happened to anyone and found a solution please let me know, or if you know the solution anything is greatly appreciated.

well steam sent me a link that brought me to this forum page, and EA had me turn off firewall, reset my EA password again, close both steam and origin and open the game, uninstall and re download origin, reset my computer after doing a clean boot. nothing worked.

Ive been playing apex with steam ever since I got my PC last year and this just happened to me randomly.

I wish, atleast then id be able to freaking play the game lol but sadly this had happened to other people last year but I cant find any solutions in their forums on reddit

I would have to install it with origin and start all over and lose the legends and packs i've purchased through steam. I've contacted steam support one last time but if nobody can help then its what ill have to do. just a shame that the customer support system for this game is so horrible.

I have checked both my EA accounts and neither say they are linked to steam

It also doesnt give me the option to link when I open the game which it should

i am having the same issue, its asking me to rest my EA account

After every attempt possible and talking with both support I just decided to cut my loses and start all over with apex through origin
