OVER +800hrs and no heirloom...

im kind of dissapointed spent every season pass and even a lifeline edition and no luck, apex tracker says i have like 450 packs but damn 800hrs already is too much for a single one, or my luck sucks?? what can i do?

Some people have all the luck, i tried to get a frind to play with me, he made it to about level 20, but got an heirloom shard pack at level 18. He still quit

Ok point is you are guaranteed to get heirloom shards after 500th apex pack. But, it doesn't mean you have to open 500 packs to get heirloom shards. You can still get it on your first pack. Its all about luck.

Yes, but each individual pack has a very low chance of being an heirloom. Probably in the 1:100'000 range. Which is why there are people who got TWO heirloom packs in a row, and why so many people have to wait until they open their 500th pack.

its important to point out that apex packs are not the only way to get heirlooms,

many people buy the whole "collection" during a collection event which grants them the heirloom

thus explaining another way ppl have multiple heirlooms. they just buy them during the collection event.

SPEND MORE MONEY worked for me with over 1500 hours (across origing/steam/console) lol. Having to open 500 total packs is a real bummer. Tbh if we're gonna spend a lot of time on this game might as well, at least thats how I like thinking about it. Don't get me wrong that doesn't mean you should put your whole bank account into it. Since you already have around 450 in might aswell spend the last 50 dollars or so. If you had 250 packs to go and haven't spent much money i'd suggest just buying the next collection event since you will get heirloom shards, it'll cost less since the stuff is half off with crafting materials (thats assuming you have any)

It's a heirloom not a CSGO Knife so I don't find it rare or special , if you still really want one just buy all the packs in an event , I've seen level 60s with heirlooms who got lucky but most of the people receive one on opening around 250-300 packs and then there are people like you on the extremes to balance out the number .

the 500 mark was for when Apex came out now there is way more skin you might get instead of the said Heirloom, probly a 1000 packs before or more sadly nowaday
