PS4 controller on Apex.

So lately I changed platforms, from a PS4 to a PC and I wanted to play Apex with a PS4 controller, and I can actually. But the problem is the layout of buttons and everything are on Xbox, for example in-game says to drop from the ship pressing the button Y, but my controller is PS4, so the Y is quivalent to the square, is there anyway I can fix this?

i dont think so but you can just translate the names of the keys , its not that hard

also you should know your keys by heartif you played on ps4

I know the keys in the back of my head, but that keeps bugging me.

Check how your systems sees your controller, in device manager, as a PS4 or XBOX version, might be the problem with it.

IIRC you can adjust your controller in Steam Big Picture - and set it to the PS4 type

I´m more of a controller guy to shooters, I use my keyboard and mouse for example cs, but like fortnite or apex I prefer a controller because Ia played those games on my ps4.

you can probably attribute aim assist to you dying 10% of the time whereas 90% of the time its probably you making a bad play or missing shots you should of hit.
