I don't have a crew, I've played with randoms for 2 years, of course I'll get a high level lol. Sometimes I play with a good random crew and we smoke the others, which means having a good team is key here. But playing this game for a long time will raise your levels, but not necessarily skill. Plus skill is really relative to the skill level of the competitor players you're encountering etc. It is what it is.
