100% CPU usage (fixed)

up until the other night everything was running fine until i updated my drivers for my gpu. ever since then, every time i log in to apex it makes my cpu usage go to 100%. even idling at the start screen, my cpu load is around 50-70%. every other game including doom eternal runs perfectly fine. i even reinstalled apex last night but the same problem occurs. is there a fix? i have read that this was a problem for a lot of players pre-season 10 and apparently it is still a problem. anyone else have this issue? help would be appreciated as i want to participate in the new upcoming event.
cpu: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core 3.20 GHz
gpu: XFX- AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT RAW II
ram: idek besides i installed 32gb
edit: fixed by overclocking and changing the v-sync settings to dynamic then changing back to off.

what fps are you running the game at?

It happens to me while compiling the shaders and loading the map of whatever playlist I select (might be whats happening to most people)

tbh w you im not sure what fps i was getting before this happened and im sure i wont get a proper fps count if i try now :/

the shaders wasnt it for me, i fixed the bug tho. even after that, the 2nd part is happening to me atm but at least i can play
