If you do a chargeback, they will block your entire Origin account; if you bought it on Steam, then Steam will block your account after a chargeback.
Read the Terms of Service / End User License Agreement.
Somewhere in there, there's a clause that says that if you have a dispute over some financial transaction, you will first try to resolve it with their support team in a mutually agreeable way. It also probably says that doing a chargeback without exhausting all other options is considered a breach of the contract and so the service (i.e., your account) are terminated.
You may kick and scream all you want, I'm trying to help you.
You got banned from the game, because SOMEONE -- YOU or someone else -- cheated using aimbot, or otherwise made the game less fun for others. Your account security is your responsibility; if you used a simple password, or if you used the same password you use on other services and one of them got hacked and the attackers then sold your account and password to others and those others then cheated using your account, that's STILL YOUR FAULT.
Apparently, some users were able to get their accounts back by downloading their complete login history from the Origin website and demonstrating to EA support that the cheating occurred from Taiwan or Hong Kong or some other country. I suggest you follow that route.
But doing a chargeback is not going to endear you in the eyes of EA Support.
Ok i'll make it simple. Terms don't mean anything, a landlord could require you to pay him in 20 pounds of crack..... Just because you agree to them doesn't make you bound. No they do not have a right to commit larceny just because you agree to terms XD. I have tried to work it out with em btw, as stated I have been trying to work it out with them for 2 weeks with no response. If they don't want to even follow their own terms thats on them. The reason why I am posting here is simply to try to create one last big stink so I can officially say I have actually tried everything.
