apex servers aren't vac secured
a person who received a vac ban in CSGO isn't cheating in apex immediately aswell
that's an asinine bit of logic right there
iirc someone left a pax conference, leaving their steam account unlocked on a public computer
a group of people caught wind of this and used their steam account to cheat in CS GO
their account then got VAC banned and they learned a very good lesson about online security

*oh yeah, you don't need a vac/game ban to be a cheater; VAC's quite infamous for being quite useless and ineffective
Also, what would it do? You could see if someone got a cheating ban in the past. How would that cut down on cheaters at all?
You're introducing the same old problem in your own text but fail to see it.
Apex is a free game. You can sign up to steam for free. You can make a new account to play apex on steam. It has absolutely no difference than playing on the Origin or any platform.
So what if someone has a VAC ban on their account? A cheater will cheat regardless. As if that is going to stop anyone.
