I know it's not much comfort, but they are planning to do some further progress,above lvl 500. Not more levels, but some kind of progression,which yields rewards from time to time.

You get a guaranteed drop at the 500 apex pack and not at lvl 500...

Clearly, skill has any control over a completely random, 0.1% drop rate. The way it's set up currently is an absolute disaster, it rewards the player less and less as they rank up, slowing down the droprate for apex packs as they level up, the reward here is punishment.

I imagine most people have played Pokémon for a lifetime and found one Shiny (1/65536 rate). Except you can do that indefinitely, and there's a set number of apex packs you can earn for free, getting progressively harder to earn one as you play more of the game. It's borderline deceptive, and I'm gonna call out on it.

Way to straighten out Sehkh. Although I suspect Sehkh is purely trolling and adding vitriol. Probably angry at his current station in life. Hopefully he focuses on fixing it instead of trolling steam chat.
