I'm tired of seeing people teleport all over the place because they can't be assed to pay for good internet, but can pay for a system that can run the game. Not to mention, well over half the time I see it with my teammates, they don't even speak English meaning they're probably playing in the wrong region, as well.

Speed barely is an issue anywhere in the world. Ping and packet loss is. And the fact you can abuse this to your advantage is terrible. So yeah, you should block people.

If you have bad internet, play single player games or games that don't rely on a good connection. It's nothing to do with your finances. If you can pay for a computer that can run the game, or a console to play it, along with the subscription to play on a console, you aren't that hard up for money.

You are, however, selfish because you play with bad internet. All you've done is knowingly screw over your teammates because you just have to play multiplayer games, despite not having a good enough connection to actually play.

If the person with a bad connection is having a worse time because they're lagging, why would they continue to play then?

And yes, some players do intentionally cause teleporting and lag. So, yes, those players DO enjoy it. Another reason to auto-disconnect them when they have bad connections. Stops another form of cheating.

Toxic player really are just the bigger factor to bad games than anything else. Atleast in my experience. I'm sure it applies to most people too.

I still do not understand how a teammate who's lagging/teleporting is contributing to bad games more than people screaming into their mic and refusing to play as a team? How does one encounter it so often to be complaining about it?

If OP decided that 1Gbps net is bad and a stable but high ping is " contributing " to the problem, I think no one will get anywhere with this thread. Since no one else is able to make sense of what they're saying according to OP. Even with numerous findings on these.

For players who play with intention of abusing it, yea that's on them but if they are intentionally abusing it, yet still cannot do much for the team. That's just a weak player, end of story. Lag or no lag, weak player who cannot contribute much to a team will not contribute to the team. But sure, let's aim for their inability to play with no lag.
