Twitch drops not dropping

Hello everyone, I watched the stream and reclaimed all the rewards, and even if my account was linked to my EA account, I still didn't get them in game, is it normal or did something go wrong? Can I still get the rewards if I remove the accoutn I linked and try to re-link it or are they gone for good? I really didnt care about the mirage rewards but it's mostly for future drops

I got it no problem. Some came in instantly, some I had to restart game to get instantly. Contact EA support with supporting images to backup what you're saying.

I usually have to restart the entire game itself for Twitch and Amazon drops to get activated.

Sure I will, it's just annoying cuz my account is already linked because of Prime gaming, then I even linked my EA account to twitch, got all the rewards and they are not showing up in game, I want to know if now that I claimed those, if I can still use them or they're gone for good, like if they get activated the moment you claim them or else

It doesn't seem like Twitch drop get automatically claimed as it did before. With the new changes, you have to go to Twitch Drop reward page and claim it manually. That'd be the downside. Good is that it shows its track time for how long you need to watch more to get it.

Yeah I clicked the thing but it still doesn't show up, do I get a pop-ip when it's in game or are they silent added to the other items I have in my Apex account?

If accounts are linked and reward claim is pressed, it should go into your game account automatically. When you talk to EA, they'll definitely ask if you are sure if you haven't used any of the wrong account for the link.

100% the right one, perhaps I have to log into apex with Origins but I don't have it installed there

Has a solve been discovered? Because I have run into the same issue. My theory is that since prime is linked to ea (origin) and the game has migrated to steam without having to use an ea account, that you will get the loot if you go onto apex through origin, however that client sucks and i cba to reinstall the game. Please let me know if a solve has been discovered.
