Apex on Steam VS Origin
Does the Steam version still require Origin running to use?

Nope, Apex runs through Steam without Origin, unlike the Titanfall games for some reason.

Steam is also the SUPERIOR platform to run Apex on.... EA really should surrender their poor attempt to make a viable gaming platform...because even Epic Games platform is better, offering FREE games..something EA doesn't know how to do
