Permanent FIX for all the Shader / CPU issues
If trying other methods hasn't worked this should work for sure.

Disable Shader cache and turn it back on in Nvidia control panel (as stated in the other reddit post about this issue). NOW, **goto C:/ProgamData/Nvidia Corporation/Nv_Cache** and *delete EVERYTHING* in the **Nv_Cache folder.**

you need to have view hidden files enabled.

If you can't find the Nv_Cache folder:
Make sure you have shader cache on
Look in %temp% for nvidia folder

Boot up Apex as admin, it might cause the loading/compiling shaders one last time (or get stuck at loading) but for sure work normally afterwards.

I was stuttering on my i7 8700/RTX 2070 setup but after this I have constant 144fps

You can find me on pinned messages in the Apex discord tech support channel if you have any questions.

Yeah and I've read about 5 different "guaranteed fixes" which do not work for most people, so yeah, it's random and you don't know what you're talking about.

AMD has a shader cache folder too, google for the exact path.

To the other people, yes the bug is VERY random but I can tell you the root cause of this issue is the shaders and it makes sense for the game to put the load on CPU to complile shaders every single launch which causes the infinite loading screens. Yes, no fix is guaranteed but this has solved the problem for a lot of people I've told whereas any other solution didn't work for them. Do check what other user solutions are, something works for someone and doesn't for someone. I tested every single solution here on steam, reddit, discord since I had the issue myself since a MONTH+ but finally I've been able to fix and hope it helps y'all too.
no work

maybe this method only works for nvidia users
WanderVtuber Aug 8, 2021 @ 12:47pm
Would this work
Right clicking c:> properties> disk clean up> box checking directX shader cache

its only because iv done what you said above but cant find the NV_Shadercache or %temp%
