it's weird how my boyfriend can play with no problem with the same internet conection and wih almost the same computer. he got a intel processor and I have a ryzen one. but there's ppl with intel that have the same problem.
EA at the moment don't give any official answer and ur machine it's ok to play the game because I've been playing long time ago in a computer worst than ur machine and my game was very smoth. this problem is from the server side.
Play at fullscreen, you get higher framerates than borderless window
Also set your resolution to 1080, if you have a 2k or 4k monitor it will set itself to that res by default and your card cant take it
btw, the 1650 is pretty bad, only slightly better than the ancient 660ti, so do not expect 60fps at modern-ish games while higher than medium settings at 1080
edit: oh also go to the nvidia panel and set texture filtering quality and power management to high performance
