In bronze and silver you at least can get people who use comms. Plat is just full of stupid.

agree. i am plat 2 aiming for diamond but my stupid randoms always rushing and dropping on hotzones then trashtalks when they die. these guys are holding me back from reaching diamond. Also, 90% of random ques are plat IV. these guys are just plain stupid

I was missing like 200 points for plat 3 and pretty much lost all rp to hotdrops and the only thing I am angry about it is that i cant do anything against it...
Even when you are jumpmaster people drop off solo in fragment and you basicly left alone again

Well, in ss8, there's 26.16% plat and 5.86% diamond (I couldn't find ss9 figures). I believe plat 4 players just well... gave up, they accept they can't grind higher so that's what they do.

Well if you're always stuck with garbage teammates that means the enemy is garbage too. figure out a playstyle that works for farming RP, people above you have done it. get better aim apex is 70% aim. get better movement learn how to BHOP, wall jump, tap strafing, how ropes work apex is 20-25% movement. Become the IGL for your randoms squad not every fight is winnable. Play to the team comps strengths.

Realistically if you can climb to the 2nd division of a rank then you just need to put the time in to get the rank above the ranks 4-1 don't matter they're just a way to give you incentive to keep playing. stop worrying about the number and get better.

I usually quit somewhere around mid-Plat solo. Isn't fun at all. You get:
* People who blame others regardless of how bad they play.
* People who hot drop late for no reason.
* People who scream into the mic like children, sometimes they're literally children.
* No loot communication at all, causing you to backtrack over your teammates.
* People who jump to the corner of the map, loot for 20 minutes, rat all over, then fumble the moment a team fight starts despite having the best gear.

Regardless of how bad the enemies are, it just isn't fun. The only option is to play as a premade with people you know won't do any of this stuff intentionally.

Once you reach plat games take a nosedive in quality. People play way too stupidly and while you can grind up steadily even while soloing, it's not even fun.
