Very Low Fps at menu
My game is running 15-20 fps while at the menu. My CPU usage is 60% and GPU 10%. Others games i have are running normal. I remenber when the game relased, i could get 60 FPS with no problems.

My config:
Core i5 6500 3.2Ghz
GTX 970 4GB
16GB Ram
Windows 10

its good i had 300fps+ on menu and 99% gpu usage & 70c degree, they finally fixed the issue , if you check usage of your cpu and gpu now its 30% max , why you need fps in menu anyways ? , i know that they should've added an option to limit fps as you like for example block at 30 , 60 or 144 . but who cares !

i don't think its has anything to do with alot of friends , before this update , my gpu usage was 99% which is useless in menu ,now the usage dropped , i have a friend with i9 9900k + rtx2080ti + 32gb 3600mhz and has the same fps as mine 40-45. ,no one care about menu fps my man!

But it is a big friends list bug. For the Steam Version 20 friends is too much lol. They will prob fix it in a future patch.

Well, it's because the mouse pointer is slowed down and feel very bad to use. I usually lock 60 FPS since my monitor refresh rate is 60hz, but i don'n't turn on vsync in this kind of games.

friends are temporary, but fps is eternal

i'm having the same issue and it's kinda annoying me.
Fersnake Nov 10, 2020 @ 1:42am
they already "update it" i test it and it's kinda fix it, i was getting 30fps now i have 60 still when i go to the settings the fps ramps up to 144 fps (my monitor) in origin i dont have this issue at all.
I disabled steam overlay and problem vanished.
