AMD gpus rx 5700 and above. 6000 series coming out soon.
Then I'd also recommend upgrading your CPU. Ryzens are way better now so I recommend minimum Ryzen 5 3600 and there's 5000 series coming out which are way better you can get those too. Intel's are way too expensive don't go for them.
Budget obviously comes in question here. I'm just recommending for safe 144fps gameplay.
RAM always have 2 sticks example 2x8GB so you can run it in dual channel, CPU has more space to breathe. Speed of RAM go for 3200MHz or faster if you can afford it.
Motherboards recommended for Ryzen CPUs are b450 versions especially those MAX which have upgraded bios already and you won't have any issues with it.
Now because newer GPUs require more power, you will need a better power supply, with minimum of 600W, AMD GPUs use more power so go for example 650W minimum. And PSUs are quality if they have 80+ efficiency then we got tiers like bronze silver gold platinum titanium.
All I can say for now.
This is my full build
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: AMD RX 5600XT
MOBO: B450
RAM: 16GB (2x8) 3,200mhz
SSD: 500GB M.2 NVME
PSU: 550W 80 Plus Bronze Rated
Or with a bigger budget a RTX 3080 or 6800XT / 6900XT.
Current cards cost more for less performance.
