Can't disable Crossplay on Steam??

u were able to disable it back when respawn started it, but now u can't and sometimes it sucks, because console players and their auto aim is not that cool.

yeah i also have this problem , i hate playing with console players and i want to disable it, i mean u mostly get matched with PC players but every now and then u get a console player that plays like bronce lvl 10 so ugh.. no thanks i really want to disable crossplay

think again , aim assist is so op , just notice , most console players takes long range fights just because there aim assist snaps to people, with wingman or mozambique they can rip your life , with only couple shots from far away easily. tbh i wish i can disable crossplay its a pain in the A$$

Because console players with controllers are nothing to mouse users. Having a console player on your team is simply put, a handicap. I mean, I don't mind it too much because half of the PC players are handicapped enough anyway, but I can understand why people wouldn't want to match with em. Even Rocket League, which is controller biased, has the option to switch off crossplay.

I never encountered a console player.

As far as I know, they only get matched with PC players, if they are in a party with a pc player already, its not just randomly mixing players.

The way crossplatform works for Apex is this:

PC users will never matchmake with other console players unless they have a console player in their squad. If that's the case, then they will be matched in a PC lobby.

Both wrong. What happens when a premade squad of two appears... They don't matchmake in trios as a double, a random gets thrown in with them.
