How long until log in fix

Title says it all.
Was going to log in, and literally had no choice in the matter. Was greeted with the usual seasonal video on boot. Then went straight to start menu. No log in option whatsoever. It must have used same account info as my Steam because it has my Steam username. My origin username and email are both different, and I have a level 335 with tons of gold cosmetics. Easily spent $50 on the game at this point in skins/battlepasses. Now I am stuck with a level 1 account, no cosmetics, and no characters unlocked? This is kind of bs

For me it works fine. After a short time in the opening menu, a steam window should open where you can enter your Origin Login.

You did not read my post then bud.
I was not prompted with a log in screen. It played the cinematic. I left clicked. I loaded into lobby with an account I have never used. Level 1.
I have a level 335, with a different name, tons of cosmetics, and know the log in info. I am logged into my EA account trying to unlink right now. However, there has been absolutely zero solution since this is an account not actually linked to my email.

I would give it maybe a day or more, since EA is slow on fixing their bugs and glitches in general

only way to unlink it is to contact them.... i am having the same problem you did and am now waiting on their support, but EA support is trash and now i need to wait TO SIMPLY UNLINK A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ACCOUNT

I have the same issue. I accidentally logged into the wrong account and now im stuck on a level 4 account when I have an account with 500 hours played.

What does it have to do with your e-mail account. I had to re-type my e-mail address, when i had to link the game with my Origin account.

What he meant was that his main account has a different email account than his steam account. There was an error with putting him into a log into your origin account menu. Based on this, the game just made a brand new account with the steam’s username and email as well as linking it

What does it have to do with your e-mail account. I had to re-type my e-mail address, when i had to link the game with my Origin account.

I contacted support. They said its not possible. You have now officially lost your 500 hours playtime account. HORRIBLE SERVICE

So for those of you that care enough. All I had to do was make a new steam account. Then upon opening Apex it gave me the option to log in again.
The only caveat is having to go between two steam accounts. This is a sure fire way to have it work though. I am currently playing rn.

why do you care enough about a game with no repercussions considering win or loss, when you could just open origin and play the game with your "level 335 account and battlepass"

Isn't fake i resolved contact them on twitter, they answer me after more than 24h, i only tell to disconnect my account from steam, and right now i am using the right one, it's strange but Twitter EAHelp>Support site D;
